At the meeting, Dr. Le Van Quang gave an overview of the process of formation and development of the Southern Institute of Construction Materials with many difficulties and challenges, as well as achievements in scientific research; implementing dozens of scientific and technological research topics; including 3 State-level topics and protocols, 7 topics at the Ministry of Construction level, 2 topics at the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City level, etc.
