The conference was organized by the Foreign Investment Department - Ministry of Planning and Investment with the participation of Director of the Foreign Investment Department: Mr. Do Nhat Hoang and delegates from 13 provinces and businesses.

The conference focused on reporting and evaluating the situation of attracting foreign investment in the first 6 months of the year and proposing a plan to attract investment in the last 6 months of the year.
