Each product, to have a long-term use, needs a careful maintenance process, to ensure that the equipment and engines operate well and continuously. Therefore, you can refer to the electrical cabinet maintenance steps that BHT Technology shares below:
CHECKING AND MAINTAINING ELECTRICAL CABINETS
1. Daily check.
Before operating, check the electrical cabinet for any abnormal phenomena, check the signal light system and the alarm system to ensure that they are operating normally.
2. Monthly check.
Check all electrical equipment for abnormal phenomena, signal lights, alarms, and electrical cabinet functions. Ensure that the equipment operates normally and does not cause unsafe conditions for the pump during operation.
3. Establish a logbook for electrical cabinet operation.
During operation, a logbook must be established regularly, recording all operating parameters, periodic maintenance, incidents, causes and solutions.
4. Notes on operation and maintenance.
- Pump and motor system: Note that during operation, the pumps must be operated alternately each time to avoid the phenomenon of one pump running too much and one pump not running.
- Electrical cabinet: Check regularly every week, every month, every year to avoid electrical problems that occur during operation due to long-term inactivity or due to humid conditions.
Note: During operation, if there is any problem that the operator cannot fix by himself, please contact the supplier for support. This will reduce the risk of damage to equipment and electrical cabinet systems.
