CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC

With the approval of the General Director of Dien Bich Hanh Production Trading Construction Co., Ltd., to issue a policy to support and join hands to overcome difficulties during the COVID 19 epidemic season.

The acute respiratory infection caused by the Corona virus (Covid-19) is still breaking out, spreading rapidly on a large scale and developing complicatedly in many countries, causing customers to fear about health and psychological safety, greatly affecting the business situation of many industries.

With the consent of the General Director of Bich Hanh Electrical Production Trading Construction Co., Ltd., we have issued a policy to support and join hands to overcome the difficulties of the COVID 19 epidemic as follows:

- Reduce the price of BHT products from 2% - 5% on the product

- Increase the credit limit for customers from 30% - 50% according to the signed commitment limit

- Increase the payment term from 30-45 days for an order.

- Encourage cooperation in the form of product exchange during this time:

+ For suppliers of electrical equipment products: exchange electrical equipment and raw materials for electrical cabinets, cable trays, and electrical accessories.
+For real estate project investors: exchange apartments or land, land for factory construction.

For machinery and equipment manufacturers: exchange machinery and equipment suitable to the needs of both parties.

Note: There will be negotiations in each specific case between the two parties.

The customer support program is applied from March 25, 2020 to July 31, 2020.
