FUNCTIONS OF ATS, MSB, LIGHTING CONTROL CABINETS

ATS panel operating function: Automatically switches between main power source and backup power source. When the grid power is lost, the generator automatically starts and energizes the load. When the grid power is restored, the system automatically switches back to power and automatically turns off the generator.

ATS panel operating functions:

  • Automatically sends a signal to start the machine when: the grid power is completely lost, the grid power loses phase, the grid power has a voltage lower than the allowable value.

  • When the grid power is restored, the ATS immediately switches the load to the grid power. The machine automatically turns off after cooling for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Can operate automatically or manually, facilitating easy inspection and operation.

  • Can set the function to automatically start the generator running without load 1-2 times a month on a specific day and time.
  • In addition, the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) often has a protection function when the Grid and Electrical Machine have problems such as: phase loss, neutral loss, low voltage (customizable), the switching time can be adjusted.

Operating functions of MSB panel:

  • The main distribution cabinet is used in low voltage power grids, which is the most important factor in the power distribution network

Operating functions of the lighting control panel:

  • Used to control street lighting systems, flower gardens, public areas...
  • The lighting panel is manufactured according to protection level 2 (class II). Overcurrent and short circuit protection by Aptomat and fuse, using time switches (timers) according to the time of day, week to close and open the Contactors to the lights.
  • Use time switches according to the time of week, day to close and open the Contactors to the lights. Each panel has 2 light output channels
  • Night mode (17:00-22:00): turn on 100% of the lights
  • Late night mode (22:00-6:00): turn off 2/3 of the lights, the number of lights is 60% of the rated capacity, reducing 40% of the power to save electricity
  • Day mode (6:00-1:00): turn off all lights
  • Night mode, all 3 switches have power: 100% of the lights are on
  • Late night mode, only switch K1 has power, K2 has no power: 1/3 of the bulbs will light
  • Day mode, all 3 switches have no power and are all off
  • It is possible to control by loop from the central control station YTY (optional).
  • In addition to setting the time for the switch to work, it also depends on the season mode. Because the daytime hours of summer and winter are different. To have enough light for winter hours and save energy for summer hours, the lighting designer manually resets the operating time mode for the time relay.
