NGUYEN TAT THANH UNIVERSITY VISITED BHT FACTORY

With the 4.0 industrial revolution, posing many challenges to the current Vietnamese economy, issues of human resources and labor productivity are of primary concern. To create a solid step in the future, meetings and exchanges between businesses and training schools are essential.

On the morning of December 20, the delegation of Nguyen Tat Thanh University visited and worked at the electrical cabinet factory of BHT Technology, Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, Di An, Binh Duong. Representing the school was Dr. To Hoai Thang (Head of the Department of Business Relations & Student Employment), in addition to the participation of Dr. Pham Tuan Anh (Head of the Department of Mechanics - Automobiles) and MSc. Hoang Hai Son (Deputy Head of the Department of Mechanics - Electricity - Electronics). On behalf of the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Thanh Long - Director of BHT Energy Plant, Mr. Tran Duoc - Marketing Director welcomed the delegation.

Exchange between Business and School leaders

During more than 2 hours, the exchange of policies for students between the school and the business was held, in order to create conditions for students to have the opportunity to gain practical experience, visualize their future career, as well as the necessary skills before leaving school. On the side of BHT Technology, the company was also willing to share human resources policies, career opportunities at the company, and the necessary factors that businesses require when recruiting human resources. In addition, the delegation of Nguyen Tat Thanh University also spent time visiting the production technology, modern machinery, as well as BHT Technology products. The visit took place in a very open and friendly atmosphere from both sides.
