Mr. Hamza Arsiwala - President of IEEMA Association and Mr. Tran Hoai Nam - Vice President of HAMEE presented the cooperation agreement at the WeKonnect - RBSM 2024 event

Accordingly, the cooperation not only aims to promote the penetration of the local market of both sides but also to strengthen the development of a long-term, comprehensive relationship between businesses of the two associations.

Both HAMEE and IEEMA expect to promote the development of the electricity industry of both sides, creating many favorable opportunities for trade activities, strategic and long-term linkages between businesses of the two associations.

Mr. Tran Hoai Nam - Vice President, Head of HAMEE Trade Promotion Board, Head of the Indian market delegation said that HAMEE's general difficulties were due to the general economic recession of the world as well as the war in Europe. "Vietnam's media markets in Europe, the Middle East ... have decreased significantly. Faced with these difficulties, HAMEE is oriented to develop new markets, including India - a market suitable for Vietnamese products in general and electrical engineering in particular. The trip has recorded many cooperation agreements between members of the two associations of the two countries. We believe that this is the first step of HAMEE's success in 2024", said Mr. Nam.

At the exhibition, HAMEE's businesses specializing in electrical equipment, electronics, electricity, automation, and energy also connected and linked business, imported and exported products, and exchanged technology between businesses on both sides. Four HAMEE businesses signed cooperation agreements with Indian businesses.
